Why do these score 100?
Because nothing goes live until it passes the same six stations: create, score, secure, deploy, verify live, ghost-crawl. The scores are measured on the production URL with Google's own Lighthouse, not on a staging copy.

What does Lighthouse 100×4 mean?
Google's Lighthouse tool scores a page from 0 to 100 in four categories: Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices and SEO. 100×4 at launch means all four scored 100 on the live URL the day it went live. Google changes the rules several times a year; a Care plan re-tunes and re-verifies after each change. Most business sites score between 40 and 70 on mobile performance.
