About · Fort Worth, Texas

Built by the guy who built pools.

AI Vision Designs is a one-person Fort Worth studio run by Brian Lee Westfall — 39 years in business, 20 of them in pool construction, CAD and forensic inspection, and since 2026 the builder of every site on /work.

How did AI Vision Designs start?

I'm Brian. Fort Worth, Texas. In August 2025 I asked Claude how to make Photoshop run faster — I was a 3D design and CAD guy who'd never written a line of code. I kept asking questions. Ten months later I was shipping Cloudflare Workers.

How long has Brian been building websites?

Since 2008. Three eras of building websites, in Brian's own words.

Flash, 2008

My first sites were built in Flash. They looked great, with motion, music and full-screen photos years before that was normal. But search engines could barely read them. Google only began indexing the text inside Flash files that summer, so SEO was next to impossible.

WordPress

Then I built with WordPress, and the target was a Google PageSpeed score in the 90s. I never saw a 100. You'd work and work, add a plug-in, then another, and get close to 90. Then Google changed how the score was calculated, and you needed more work to get back to where you were.

Today

Every site I build is hand-coded and tested with Google Lighthouse before launch: 100 in Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices and SEO, on mobile. No plug-ins to update or break. See the live reports: run Google's test on this site, or open any build on /work.

What is the method?

Every site is built in a lab, not in a page builder. Six numbered stations, in order, and a deploy console that logs every launch — 200 logged deploys between 2026-08-15 and 2026-09-21.

What do people want to know about the studio?

Who builds the site?

Brian Lee Westfall, founder of AI Vision Designs in Fort Worth, Texas. One person designs it, builds it, scores it and deploys it — nothing is handed off to a developer you never meet.

Why does a pool builder build websites?

Because 39 years in business, 20 of them in pool construction, CAD and forensic inspection, taught him what a customer is actually deciding between. He built his first websites in Flash in 2008, then in WordPress; the current hand-coded builds started as his own portfolio in 2026, and the first one launched at Lighthouse 100 in all four categories on 2026-09-02.

Where is AI Vision Designs?

Fort Worth, Texas — north side, Tarrant County. Sites are built for clients anywhere; the design business serves Dallas–Fort Worth and works remotely nationwide.

What is the 6-station lab?

A fixed order every site passes before it goes live: create, score (Lighthouse), secure, deploy through a logged launch console, verify on the live URL, then a crawl the way Googlebot sees it. Every deploy is recorded.

What else does AI Vision Designs do?

3D pool and landscape visualization, cinematic design films, architectural rendering, CAD permit plans and forensic pool inspection — the design business behind the studio, at brianleewestfall.com.
